Payment Terms
Your credit card will be run immediately after the conclusion of the auction and a paid invoice will be emailed to you for pick-up.
Due to items being still located at open school facilities (Bailey Middle School, Gary Career Center and West Side Leadership Academy), pick-up must be scheduled with a school employee to arrange pick-up at a mutually agreed upon date. We would like all items to be removed within a week of the closing of the auction. Successful bidders will receive their invoice and a contact number to arrange their item removal. If items are not removed in the stated time frame, bidders will forfeit their items and they will be retained by the Gary School Corp. Items located at Watson Academy will be scheduled for one day only. All items are located in the cafeteria and kitchen area. Buyers will be able to back up to the double doors and load out. We will schedule load out for one day only. Pick-up will be done on Friday April 27th from 9am-1pm. All items must be removed at this time and there will be no exceptions!
